An unfinished manuscript by Dr Seuss is being turned into a new children’s book, which will be released later this year.

Dr Seuss’s Horse Museum is being completed by illustrator Andrew Joyner.

The book features horse artwork by Pablo Picasso and Jackson Pollock among others and will include cameos from the Grinch and the Cat in the Hat.

Dr Seuss’s Horse Museum is due to be released in September.
