A new book about The Sopranos by actors Michael Imperioli and Steve Schirrpa will be published in November.

Woke Up This Morning: The Definitive Oral History of The Sopranos is inspired by the duo’s podcast about the show.

According to the publishers, the pair will “finally reveal all the Soprano family secrets in a surprising, funny and honest new book”. The book contains exclusive interviews with the cast, crew, producers, writers, directors, and series creator David Chase.

Schirripa said: “We know ‘The Sopranos’ has many loyal fans in the UK and I am sure that every fan will want this oral history of perhaps the greatest TV show in history on their bookshelves. I hope they get as much joy reading it as we had writing it.”

Imperioli added: “We hope our UK fans enjoy this behind-the-scenes look at one of their favourite TV shows. Sending love across the pond!”

The book will be published in the UK on 11th November.
