Amazon’s Lord of the Rings TV series could be set to film season two in the Berkshire town of Maidenhead.
According to Variety, the show will move from its season one location in New Zealand to Bray Film Studios and Bovington Airfield when it begins shooting season two.
Producers have previously announced the show would move its base from New Zealand to the UK.
Fans are eagerly awaiting a first proper look at Amazon’s TV series, which is due to debut on the streaming service on 2nd September, 2022.
The show’s cast includes Sir Lenny Henry, Morfydd Clark, Peter Mullan, Joseph Mawle and Robert Aramayo.
