A new film about the life of popstar Robbie Williams will begin filming in early 2022, producers have confirmed.

Better Man will film in Melbourne, Australia, and is being directed by The Greatest Showman helmer, Michael Gracey.

Williams himself will star in the film, which producers say will offer an introspective look into the experiences that shaped Williams, both on and off stage.

The film will also feature many of his biggest hits, with some of his songs re-interpreted for the story.
