Jagged Little Pill, the musical based on Alanis Morissette’s album of the same name, looks set to open in London later this year.

According to Baz Bamigboye, the show’s producers are looking for a London theatre to stage the show and casting is currently underway.

The musical, written by Tony and Academy Award-winner Diablo Cody, is about a perfectly imperfect American family who finds strength in one another when a troubling event shakes their community.

It features some of the best known tracks from Morrissette’s iconic album, including You Oughta Know, Head Over Feet, Hand In My Pocket, and Ironic, as well as new songs written specifically for the musical.
