The BBC has released the first images from its upcoming drama, Marriage.

The series has been created by Stefan Golaszewski, who also created comedies Him and Her, and Mum.

Sean Bean and Nicola Walker star as a couple who have been married for over 30 years.

The four-part series follows the couple as they deal with the insecurities, the ambiguities, the hopes and the fears that are part of all marriages.

The cast also includes James Bolam, Henry Lloyd-Hughes and Chantelle Alle.

Marriage will debut on BBC One later this year.
