Marvel has officially announced Harrison Ford is taking over the role of General Thaddeus “Thunderbolt” Ross.

He takes over as Ross following the death of William Hurt earlier this year.

Ford’s first foray into the MCU will be in Captain America: New World Order.

He’ll star alongside Anthony Mackie, Shira Haas, Tim Blake Nelson and Carl Lumbly.

No further details about the film have been announced.
