Emerald Fennell’s tale of privilege and desire, Saltburn, will open this year’s BFI London Film Festival on 4th October.
The film stars Barry Keoghan, Jacob Elordi, Rosamund Pike, Richard E. Grant, Alison Oliver, Archie Madekwe and Carey Mulligan.
In the film, student Oliver Quick (Barry Keoghan) is struggling to find his place at Oxford University and finds himself drawn into the world of the charming and aristocratic Felix Catton (Jacob Elordi), who invites him to Saltburn, his eccentric family’s sprawling estate, for a summer never to be forgotten.
The premiere will be held at Southbank Centre’s Royal Festival Hall, with special screenings also taking place around the UK.
This year’s LFF runs from 4th to 15th October.
