Benedict Cumberbatch has signed on to play yet another literary icon.

This time, it’s Dr Seuss’s iconic meanie, The Grinch.

He’ll voice the role in a new animation based on How The Grinch Stole Christmas.

The story follows the Grinch who plots to ruin Christmas for the residents of his neighbouring village of Whoville.

The film is due to be released this November.

My big question is, will he do it in an American accent or British?
