A new book celebrating HBO drama The Wire will be released this year.

All the Pieces Matter: The Inside Story of The Wire will feature contributions from the actors, writers, directors, and others involved in its creation.

The book will be published in May 2018, marking 10 years since the final episode of the show aired in 2008.

Its author is journalist Jonathan Abrams who, “with unparalleled access” to the key actors and writers involved, will give a complete account of “The Wire” including a behind- the-scenes take on how the show came to be made.
