Judi Dench, Ciaran Hinds, Catriona Balfe and Jamie Dornan are filming Kenneth Branagh’s latest project, which is based on his childhood in Belfast.

The film, titled Belfast, is already in production and stars Dench and Hinds as Branagh’s grandparents while Balfe and Dornan play his mum and dad.

Jude Hill has been chosen to play the young boy based on Branagh.

According to Baz Bamigboye, the film isn’t a straight biopic, so Hill’s character isn’t currently named Kenneth.

Instead, it will focus on life growing up in Northern Ireland during the Troubles.

No word yet on when we’ll get to see it.
