Paramount Plus has unveiled the first images from upcoming drama The Killing Kind starring Colin Morgan and Emma Appleton.

The series is based on the best-selling novel by Jane Casey and follows top-flight barrister, Ingrid Lewis, who is used to dealing with tricky clients, but no one rivals John Webster.

Following a trial where Ingrid defends Webster and won, the pair become close – too close – but when Ingrid tries to move on with her life, Webster implodes her world.

The series is expected to premiere later this year.
