Finally, we have our first look at what I think could be one of this year’s big Oscar movies.
Steven Spielberg directs Meryl Streep and Tom Hanks in The Post.
Filming has begun on the sequel to Mamma Mia as more cast members have been confirmed.
How likely is it Meryl Streep will score 21st Oscar nomination in January?
Well she’s starring alongside Tom Hanks in a Steven Spielberg directed film. So I’d say it’s pretty likely.
Here’s the first picture of Streep on set. She plays Washington Post publisher Katherine Graham.
Sometimes lightning strikes as a film is put together and you know it’s going to be one that’s going to garner loads of attention.
So when it’s announced Steven Spielberg is going to direct Tom Hanks and Meryl Streep in a new film you sit up and take notice. Because with that amount of talent involved, surely it can’t go wrong.

BAFTA have announced the list of guests expected at this year’s Film Awards.
The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has confirmed some of the stars who will take to the stage on Oscars night to present awards.
The ceremony is hosted by Jimmy Kimmel and he will be joined by:
