Thursday October 8 will be 2015’s Super Thursday for book when a staggering 503 new hardback titles are released in the UK.

Of course, books alway sell fantastically well in the run-up to Christmas which is why lots of celebrity memoirs, fiction and cookery books are released during the autumn.

This year on October 8 among the 504 new titles are books from George RR Martin (but not a Game of Thrones one), Brian Blessed, Sir Tom Jones, Nigella Lawson, Steve Coogan, David Walliams, Sue Perkins and Sebastian Faulks.

Booksellers are describing 2015 as the best publishing programme for book lovers in years!
