Take That film undergoes cast change

Greatest Days, the film based on Take That musical The Band, has undergone a major cast change ahead of filming.

Production on the project is finally expected to get underway next month in London, Cheshire and Athens, according to Deadline.

When the project was originally announced in 2020, Rosamund Pike, Cush Jumbo and Ruth Wilson were expected to star.

However, they all appear to have dropped out while the film has been gearing up for production.

Instead, it will now star Aisling Bea, Alice Lowe, Amaka Okafor, Jayde Adams, Marc Wootton, Lara McDonnell, Jessie Mae Alonzo, Nandi Hudson, Carragon Guest and Eliza Dobson.

The film’s boy band, based on Take That, will comprise newcomers Aaron Bryan, Dalvin Cory, Joshua Jung, Mark Samaras and Mervin Noronha.
