The first images of Jennifer Saunders, Judi Dench, Derek Jacobi, Russell Tovey and the cast of new British comedy Allelujah! have been released.

The film is based on the stage play by Alan Bennett and is set in the geriatric ward of a small Yorkshire hospital is threatened with closure.

The hospital decides to fight back by bringing together the local community. 

David Bradley and Julia McKenzie also star.
