The cast of Matilda the Musical are expected to walk the red carpet at the film’s world premiere in London.
The film, based on the stage musical by Tim Minchin, which is based on the book by Roald Dahl, will open this year’s BFI London Film Festival on 5th October.
The premiere will take place at the Royal Festival Hall in London.
Matilda the Musical is directed by Matthew Warchus, and has music and lyrics by Tim Minchin.
It stars Emma Thompson, Lashana Lynch, Stephen Graham, Andrea Riseborough and Alisha Weir.
