Could Coldplay be an Oscar nominee?

Coldplay, Lorde, Glen Campbell, John Legend and Patti Smith could be among this year’s Oscar nominees.

They’ve been included in the 79 songs deemed eligible to compete for the five nomination slots.

Other possible nominees include Liza Minnelli, Adam Levine, Keira Knightley and Russell Crowe.
