Dames Judi Dench and Maggie Smith will spend an evening on stage together in aid of charity.

The pair are taking part in a new series of ‘In Conversation With’ events staged by the Tricycle Theatre.

Film directors Danny Boyle and Paul Greengrass are also pat of the event, but their evenings are taking place separately – Greengrass on February 5 and Boyle on the 12th. Tickets to their events cost £25 each.

Then on February 26th Dench and Smith will appear together – tickets for their event cost £100, with money raised going towards the Tricycle Theatre’s activities including their creative learning programme.

The events, which will feature an hour long conversation followed by a Q&A session, hosted by Downton Abbey star Jim Carter.
